i-Ready Testing - Fall 2020

Students will take the ELA Diagnostic on September 1 and Math on September 3. Students who have opted for face-to-face instruction will take the test in school, while LaunchED students will take the test at home.

The i-Ready Diagnostic is an adaptive assessment that adjusts its questions to suit your student’s needs. i-Ready is an online program that will help us determine your child’s strengths and areas for growth, personalize their learning, and monitor their progress throughout the school year. i-Ready allows us to meet your child where they are and provides us with data to inform instruction.

From 9:30 a.m. until 11:12 a.m. students will complete the Diagnostic with their first period teacher.  If your child needs additional time, they will complete the Diagnostic with their ELA or Math teacher.

On Monday, August 31 at 6:00 p.m., we are hosting a virtual i-Ready Open House session for LaunchEd families. Students are encouraged to attend with their parents. It is important that you attend this session to learn important information about the i-Ready Diagnostic, how to prepare, and what to expect while your child takes the diagnostics on September 1 and 3 during the first period. Please make preparations to join this session on Canvas Student Info - Innovation MS Conferences. If you cannot attend, a recording of this session will be made available on Canvas Student Info after the session has ended.

We look forward to our virtual session and sharing more information with you.
